Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates and Times

UK Standard Shipping: £15 (calculated at checkout). Delivery within 5-7 working days.
- Free on orders over £150 (dependent on canvas size and location).
UK Express Shipping: £20 (calculated at checkout). Delivery within 2-3 working days.
- Cost may vary based on canvas size and location.

Please note: Oversized or custom items may incur additional charges. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 working days of payment confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Packaging

We take great care to package each artwork securely to prevent damage during transit. Oversized or fragile pieces may require extra packaging and handling time.

Customs and Duties

For international orders (upon request), customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at amaalsart@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
For damaged items, provide clear photographs of the packaging and the item for evaluation.
