Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Amaal’s Art Studio. Each piece is made with care and intention, and we understand that buying original artwork or handmade items online can feel like a big decision. That’s why we aim to make our returns and refund policy clear and fair.

Return Eligibility

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of your return request being approved.

Please email amaalsart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the unique, handmade nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or commissioned artwork

  • Personalised pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on bespoke work once it has been approved and completed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly—whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.
