Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

  • For made-to-order or custom commissions, please allow 7–14 working days before dispatch (depending on the complexity and drying time).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

  • We use reliable courier services such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD, depending on the size and value of your order.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Standard shipping is £3.95 (free on orders over £100).

  • Large canvases or fragile items may require a special courier service, which will be discussed at checkout or via email for bespoke orders.

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international delivery to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary by location but typically take 7–14 working days.

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Local Collection (Glasgow)

  • Free local collection is available from our studio in Glasgow.

  • Once your order is ready, we will email you to arrange a suitable collection time.
