1. About Amaal’s Art Studio

Amaal’s Art Studio offers original artwork, custom commissions, and hand-painted homeware, all created by Amaal Kebabti. Our collections are designed to bring character, emotion, and elegance to your living spaces.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All items are subject to availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the purchase.

  • For bespoke or commissioned work, additional correspondence may be required to confirm timelines, design preferences, and payment structure.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, or violation of our Terms.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment can be made securely through accepted methods, including debit/credit card, PayPal, Klarna, and others listed at checkout.

  • For commissions or large orders, a deposit may be required upfront. This will be clearly communicated before the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.

  • UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. International delivery times may vary.

  • All orders are packaged securely and sent with tracked shipping. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • We accept returns on eligible non-customised items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Custom commissions and bespoke pieces are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, photography, text, and branding are the intellectual property of Amaal Kebabti and Amaal’s Art Studio. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit permission.

  • Purchasing a piece does not transfer any commercial reproduction rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Content Usage & Social Media

  • You may share our images or products on social media with proper credit and tagging (@amaalsartx or link to amaalsartstudio.co.uk).

  • Commercial or promotional use of our content or products requires permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
